Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu este \u00een mediul de business de 16 ani, iar la \u00eenceputul acestui an a fost desemnat\u0103 pre\u0219edinta Asocia\u021biei Femeilor Antreprenoare din Moldova (AFAM). \u00centr-un interviu pentru BizLaw, directoarea companiei Berlizzo Group a vorbit despre problemele cu care se confrunt\u0103 femeile de afaceri din Moldova, cele mai mari gre\u0219eli ale unui om \u00een business sau cum poate fi \u201d\u00eembl\u00e2nzit\u0103 frica de e\u0219ec\u201d. \u201dAm auzit de at\u00e2tea ori oameni spun\u00e2nd c\u0103 nu se lanseaz\u0103 \u00eentr-un domeniu pentru c\u0103 e mare concuren\u021ba. Sunt sigur\u0103 c\u0103 nu concuren\u021ba e cea care te \u00eencurc\u0103. Dac\u0103 exist\u0103 ofert\u0103, \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 exist\u0103 \u0219i cerere. Iar loc sub soare este pentru toat\u0103 lumea\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>BizLaw: Doamna Dr\u0103gu\u021banu, de la \u00eenceputul acestui an sunte\u021bi pre\u0219edinta AFAM. Cum a trecut prima jum\u0103tate de an? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: <\/strong>Sunt onorat\u0103 s\u0103 conduc aceast\u0103 organiza\u021bie, care \u00eentrune\u0219te femei antreprenoare din diferite sectoare ale economiei. Privesc acest rol al meu ca pe un mare privilegiu care mi-a fost acordat, dar \u0219i ca pe o mare responsabilitate. \u00cen prima jum\u0103tate de an am avut nevoie de timp pentru a le cunoa\u0219te, a le studia necesit\u0103\u021bile, a \u00een\u021belege ce caut\u0103 o femeie de afaceri atunci c\u00e2nd devine membr\u0103 a unei organiza\u021bii profesionale. Din acest proces de analiz\u0103 a activit\u0103\u021bii anterioare a asocia\u021biei \u0219i a caracteristicilor membrelor a rezultat o profund\u0103 admira\u021bie fa\u021b\u0103 de aceste femei energice, entuziaste, muncitoare, creative, vizionare, dar \u0219i un plan de ac\u021biuni care s\u0103 ne permit\u0103 s\u0103 oferim valoare maxim\u0103, la nivelul a\u0219tept\u0103rilor lor. Am organizat mai multe evenimente, \u00eent\u00e2lniri, discu\u021bii, at\u00e2t \u00eentre membre, dar \u0219i cu persoane invitate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BizLaw: N<\/strong><strong>u este simplu s\u0103 aduni toate femeile de afaceri din Moldova. La ce strategii\/tactici recurge\u021bi? C\u00e2te membre are AFAM?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: <\/strong>Avem peste 100 de membre. Bine\u00een\u021beles, scopul este de a \u00eentruni c\u00e2t mai multe femei, care au ales s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 dezvolte o afacere \u00een \u021bara lor, indiferent de obstacolele \u0219i dificult\u0103\u021bile pe care le \u00eent\u00e2mpin\u0103 \u0219i care nu sunt pu\u021bine. Vrem s\u0103 le oferim accesul la aceast\u0103 platform\u0103, care le permite s\u0103 se fac\u0103 auzite \u0219i s\u0103 comunice cu femei ca \u0219i ele, cu acelea\u0219i n\u0103zuin\u021be, scopuri \u0219i dificult\u0103\u021bi. Nu exclud c\u0103 \u00een afaceri e la fel. Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 la Asocia\u021bie c\u00e2nd se adun\u0103 zeci de femei, toate frumoase, \u00een\u021belepte, cu afaceri?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: <\/strong>Femeile sunt at\u00e2t de diferite \u0219i dorin\u021bele sunt at\u00e2t de diferite, \u00eenc\u00e2t nu putem generaliza \u0219i spune c\u0103 toate \u00ee\u0219i doresc s\u0103 fie \u00eenaintea tuturor. \u00cen AFAM suntem colege \u0219i partenere, nicidecum concurente. Adev\u0103rat, membrele noastre sunt femei ambi\u021bioase \u0219i orientate spre rezultat, dar \u00een acela\u0219i timp mature \u0219i sigure de sine. Principiul dup\u0103 care m\u0103 conduc \u0219i pe care \u00eel promovez \u0219i printre colegele mele este c\u0103 nu po\u021bi fi dec\u00e2t \u00een concuren\u021b\u0103 cu propria persoan\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103 e util s\u0103 te compari doar cu tine cea de ieri, ca s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegi care \u00ee\u021bi este evolu\u021bia \u0219i dac\u0103 progresezi sau nu c\u0103tre cea mai bun\u0103 versiune a ta.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Obiceiul de \u201da te uita \u00een curtea vecinului\u201d nu este deloc constructiv, ci doar o irosire de energie \u0219i timp.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>C\u00e2nd se adun\u0103 zeci de femei se bucur\u0103 de compania celorlalte, fac schimb de experien\u021b\u0103, discut\u0103 \u0219i g\u0103sesc r\u0103spunsuri la \u00eentreb\u0103ri \u0219i solu\u021bii la probleme.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-19152\" src=\"https:\/\/afam.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/22-e1501572472647-768x1018-1.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 232px) 100vw, 232px\" alt=\"Processed with VSCO with a5 preset\" width=\"232\" height=\"307\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bizlaw: Despre ce discut\u0103, tot despre afaceri?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: <\/strong>Pentru c\u0103 scopul principal al Asocia\u021biei este promovarea \u0219i sus\u021binerea antreprenoriatului feminin \u0219i asisten\u021ba membrelor \u00een dezvoltarea afacerilor, se discut\u0103 \u00een principal la subiecte legate de business. \u00cens\u0103, membrele au \u0219i foarte multe interese \u0219i pasiuni despre care discut\u0103. De exemplu, am lansat \u00een cadrul Asocia\u021biei un reading club, unde citim \u0219i vorbim despre ce am citit. Dezvoltarea personal\u0103 este un subiect foarte frecvent la \u00eent\u00e2lnirile membrelor. \u0218i bine\u00een\u021beles, pentru c\u0103 familia este o parte at\u00e2t de important\u0103 a vie\u021bii fiec\u0103rui om, ele vorbesc \u0219i despre lucruri legate de familie, mai ales de copii.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BizLaw: Care sunt problemele cu care se confrunt\u0103 o femeie care conduce\/ini\u021biaz\u0103 o afacere?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: <\/strong>Lipsa capitatului ini\u021bial, dificultatea \u00een accesarea surselor de finan\u021bare, insuficien\u021ba abilit\u0103\u021bilor antreprenoriale \u0219i a cuno\u0219tin\u021belor necesare pentru dezvoltarea afacerii, incapacitatea de a-\u0219i planifica activitatea \u0219i utilizarea ira\u021bional\u0103 a resurselor, lipsa \u00eencrederii \u00een sine, dificultatea de a \u00eembina activit\u0103\u021bile de business cu grija pentru cas\u0103 \u0219i familie, percep\u021bia destul de r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit\u0103 \u00een societate c\u0103 femeia are un alt rol \u00een via\u021b\u0103, iar afacerile sunt pentru b\u0103rba\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BizLaw: \u00cen business, b\u0103rba\u021bii sunt un impediment sau o provocare pentru femei? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: <\/strong>B\u0103rba\u021bii nu sunt nici una, nici alta. De fapt, mai bine zis sunt \u0219i una \u0219i alta. Ceea ce vreau s\u0103 spun este c\u0103 unii oameni ne pot ajuta s\u0103 evolu\u0103m, iar al\u021bii ne pot \u00eencurca \u0219i \u00eencetini \u00een drumul nostru. Asta depinde de caracterul \u0219i personalitatea oamenilor cu care interac\u021bion\u0103m \u0219i de c\u00e2t de pricepute suntem noi \u00een a crea rela\u021bii constructive, cu oameni care s\u0103 ne inspire \u0219i motiveze. Dac\u0103 sunt b\u0103rba\u021bi, sau femei este absolut irelevant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BizLaw: Totu\u0219i, din experien\u021ba Dvs., cine d\u0103 dovad\u0103 de mai mult\u0103 iscusin\u021b\u0103 \u00een afaceri, femeia sau b\u0103rbatul? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: <\/strong>Am ferma convingerea c\u0103 nu genul este cel care determin\u0103 succesul \u00een afaceri. Am avut norocul s\u0103 cunosc pe parcursul anilor \u0219i femei, \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bi care au cuno\u0219tin\u021bele \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile necesare \u0219i care au muncit din noapte \u00een noapte ca s\u0103 dezvolte o afacere.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Dac\u0103 reu\u0219e\u0219ti sau nu \u00een business depinde de viziune, perseveren\u021b\u0103, energie, entuziasm, efortul depus \u0219i nu conteaz\u0103 dac\u0103 te-ai n\u0103scut b\u0103rbat sau femeie.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>BizLaw: <\/strong><strong>Sunte\u021bi o femeie exemplu pentru mediul de afaceri din Moldova. Multe femeie \u0219i-ar dori s\u0103 fie \u00een locul Dvs. Cum reu\u0219i\u021bi \u0219i c\u00e2t de complicat este?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: <\/strong>Sunt flatat\u0103 de acest calificativ, de\u0219i nu acesta mi-a fost scopul. Scopul meu a fost \u0219i este s\u0103-mi fac munca cu drag \u0219i grij\u0103, s\u0103 tind spre excelen\u021b\u0103 \u00een tot ceea ce fac, s\u0103 m\u0103 dezvolt \u0219i s\u0103 devin cea mai bun\u0103 versiune a mea \u0219i s\u0103-i ajut \u0219i pe cei din jur s\u0103 fac\u0103 acest lucru. Iar pentru a ob\u021bine un rezultat diferit sunt necesare ac\u021biuni diferite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BizLaw: De c\u00e2\u021bi ani face\u021bi afaceri \u0219i de la ce a\u021bi \u00eenceput?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: <\/strong>Compania mea a fost fondat\u0103 cu 16 ani \u00een urm\u0103. Am \u00eenceput de la ceea ce m\u0103 pasiona, limbile str\u0103ine. Am deschis \u00eent\u00e2i o companie de traduceri, care lucra cu persoane fizice, apoi \u00een destul de scurt timp am \u00eenceput a lucra cu clien\u021bi corporativi. Cu anii, Berlizzo Translations a cresut \u0219i a devenit lider pe pia\u021ba de traduceri corporative, dar am dezvoltat \u0219i alte linii de servicii: organizare de evenimente prin Berlizzo Events, PR \u0219i comunicare prin Communications Boutique, turism experen\u021bial prin Berlizzo Adventure \u0219i portalul evenimente.md. Deocamdat\u0103, nu avem inten\u021bia de a dezvolta servicii noi, pentru c\u0103 nu ne ajung capacit\u0103\u021bi, dar \u0219i pentru c\u0103 sunt multe de f\u0103cut \u00een cadrul departamentelor deja create \u0219i vrem s\u0103 le aducem la nivelul de excelen\u021b\u0103 pe care l-am descris \u00een viziunea companiei.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BizLaw: C\u00e2teva sfaturi de la Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: cum lupt\u0103m cu fricile de la \u00eenceput? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: <\/strong>De\u0219i aparent \u021bi-e fric\u0103 de multe, de fapt fricile unui antreprenor sunt \u00een esen\u021b\u0103 dou\u0103: frica de necunoscut \u0219i frica de e\u0219ec. Frica de e\u0219ec poate fi dep\u0103\u0219it\u0103 prin preg\u0103tirea de\u00a0 reu\u0219it\u0103. \u0218i asta o faci analiz\u00e2nd \u0219i studiind de ce ai nevoie pentru a reu\u0219i \u0219i asigur\u00e2ndu-te c\u0103 ai, \u0219tii \u0219i faci tot ce este necesar. De fiecare dat\u0103 am c\u0103utat r\u0103spunsuri \u0219i solu\u021bii \u00een c\u0103r\u021bi, \u00een exemplul altor antreprenori ca mine \u0219i \u00een discu\u021bii cu oameni care m-au sf\u0103tuit, inspirat, motivat. Sunt un om norocos, pentru c\u0103 via\u021ba mi-a scos \u00een cale mul\u021bi astfel de oameni, care au avut o contribu\u021bie major\u0103 la progresul meu ca persoan\u0103, dar \u0219i al companiei mele. \u00centotdeauna m-au sus\u021binut familia \u0219i prietenii, care mi-au amintit c\u0103 \u201di\u2019m a supergirl\u201d \u0219i pot face orice \u00eemi pun \u00een g\u00e2nd. M-au sus\u021binut mentorii care m-au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat cum s\u0103 fac gre\u0219elile care \u00eemi vor fi utile pentru cre\u0219tere.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Pentru c\u0103 o gre\u0219eal\u0103 nu e dec\u00e2t o lec\u021bie. F\u0103r\u0103 gre\u0219eli nu avansezi. Ce v-a determinat s\u0103 merge\u021bi \u00eenainte?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: <\/strong>Eu sunt binecuv\u00e2ntat\u0103 cu un optimism incurabil. Via\u021ba o privesc prin ni\u0219te ochelari roz imen\u0219i, care \u00eemi permit s\u0103 v\u0103d c\u0103 lumea e plin\u0103 de miracole \u0219i oamenii sunt buni \u0219i binevoitori. Sunt momente c\u00e2nd m\u0103 simt obosit\u0103 \u0219i mai pu\u021bin motivat\u0103, dar acestea nu dureaz\u0103. Cred c\u0103 fiecare om are \u00een lumea aceasta o misiune suprem\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103 totul devine u\u0219or \u0219i munca nu mai e sim\u021bit\u0103 ca un efort greu de suportat, atunci c\u00e2nd omul descoper\u0103 care este aceast\u0103 misiune a lui.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BizLaw: Dac\u0103 ar fi s\u0103 numi\u021bi 3 persoane care v-au influen\u021bat cariera, cine ar fi acestea?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: <\/strong>Au fost at\u00e2t de multe persoane \u00eenc\u00e2t mi-e foarte greu s\u0103 numesc trei. R\u0103spunsul meu nu va fi deloc original, \u00eens\u0103 cel mai mult m-a influen\u021bat tat\u0103l meu care a fost profesor universitar \u0219i tr\u0103ia printre c\u0103r\u021bi. Datorit\u0103 lui am devenit prieten\u0103 cu c\u0103r\u021bile, care mi-au influen\u021bat dezvoltarea \u0219i progresul. Mama mea m-a f\u0103cut s\u0103 pre\u021buiesc frumosul \u0219i arta, \u0219i mi-a dezvoltat abilit\u0103\u021bile de comunicare \u0219i rela\u021bionare f\u0103r\u0103 de care nu po\u021bi reu\u0219i \u00een niciun domeniu. \u0218i al treilea om care m-a influen\u021bat a fost diriginta \u0219i profesoara mea de francez\u0103 din liceu, care m-a f\u0103cut s\u0103-mi plac\u0103 limbile \u0219i culturile str\u0103ine, \u0219i aceast\u0103 pasiune a mea a determinat primul pas care l-am f\u0103cut \u00een carier\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BizLaw: Au fost momente \u00een care vi s-a repro\u0219at c\u0103 a\u021bi ajuns femeie de afaceri datorit\u0103 so\u021bului Dvs?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otilia Dr\u0103gu\u021banu: <\/strong>S-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat, nu o dat\u0103. \u0218i de fiecare dat\u0103 am spus c\u0103 am ajuns femeie de afaceri inclusiv datorit\u0103 so\u021bului meu, care a fost l\u00e2ng\u0103 mine de la bun \u00eenceput \u0219i care, atunci c\u00e2nd m\u0103 g\u00e2ndeam dac\u0103 s\u0103 m\u0103 aventurez pe drumul antreprenoriatului, mi-a spus: Dar ce ai de pierdut? \u00cencearc\u0103!
