{"id":94485,"date":"2026-03-12T13:12:37","date_gmt":"2026-03-12T11:12:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afam.md\/?p=94485"},"modified":"2026-03-16T13:14:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T11:14:40","slug":"%f0%9f%8c%9f-women-empowerment-month-%f0%9f%a4%9d","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afam.md\/ru\/\ud83c\udf1f-women-empowerment-month-\ud83e\udd1d\/","title":{"rendered":"\ud83c\udf1f Women Empowerment Month \ud83e\udd1d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mesajul Directorului ODA, <strong>Vadim Codreanu<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e\u00cen fiecare zi vedem cum femeile antreprenoare din Moldova:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dezvolt\u0103 afaceri,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sus\u021bin comunit\u0103\u021bi,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creeaz\u0103 locuri de munc\u0103,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cresc produse locale, modernizeaz\u0103 \u0219i export\u0103,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0219i au curaj atunci c\u00e2nd le este greu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De aceea, ODA se al\u0103tur\u0103 campaniei <strong>HeForShe<\/strong>, pentru c\u0103 egalitatea de gen trebuie s\u0103 se reflecte \u00een <strong>acces real la finan\u021bare, instruiri \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bi de dezvoltare<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcca \u00cen ultimii 4 ani:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Peste <strong>900 proiecte<\/strong> cu femei implicate au fost finan\u021bate (36% dintre beneficiari), \u00een valoare de <strong>312 milioane lei<\/strong>, gener\u00e2nd investi\u021bii de aproximativ <strong>665 milioane lei<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prin Programul Guvernamental 373, <strong>316 antreprenoare<\/strong> au accesat credite avantajoase de circa <strong>1,2 miliarde lei<\/strong>, mobiliz\u00e2nd investi\u021bii totale de <strong>1,7 miliarde lei<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mecanismele de garantare ODA au sprijinit <strong>600 de companii conduse de femei<\/strong>, oferind garan\u021bii de <strong>565,2 milioane lei<\/strong>, facilit\u00e2nd credite \u0219i investi\u021bii de peste <strong>2,8 miliarde lei<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peste <strong>9 800 de antreprenoare<\/strong> au beneficiat de instruiri, mentorat \u0219i particip\u0103ri la expozi\u021bii, consolid\u00e2nd competen\u021bele pentru dezvoltarea durabil\u0103 a afacerilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Fiecare antreprenoare sprijinit\u0103 \u00eenseamn\u0103 o afacere care prinde via\u021b\u0103, o familie mai sigur\u0103 \u0219i o comunitate care merge \u00eenainte.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sus\u021binem ini\u021biativa <strong>AFAM<\/strong> de a transforma egalitatea de gen dintr-un principiu declarat \u00eentr-o realitate concret\u0103.
