On behalf of the Association of Business Women Of Moldova, its founders, members and the Board of Directors, I look with optimism at the role of the organization in fulfilling its mission to promote and support the growth of female potential in the entrepreneurial and managerial field in the Republic of Moldova. I dream that all girls and women in Moldova be treated equally with men in all aspects of political, economic and social life, to be recognized, respected and truly empowered.I am sure that by joining the forces of the private sector, civil society, public sector, as well as development partners, we will be able to build a more friendly society so that entrepreneurship and female leadership can thrive and empowerment can be real.We aim to promote success stories and large-scale projects that contribute to the sustainable and inclusive development of the community.We believe that when women are seated at the table and their voices are heard, society will have a lasting well-being and confidence in the future.
