In the period from 2019 to 2020, the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Moldova, AFAM, with the support of USAID, has launched a project for Women Entrepreneurs Grow – WE Grow the Program dedicated to women entrepreneurs and public authorities, and Transnistria.

WE Grow's Program is an initiative designed to empower and expand your knowledge of the management of the business in the region since October, Transnistria is a 15-entrepreneurs, per region, in partnership with the Association of “the Flame”, the Hub of the business, Play reports, and the Agency for the Innovation and Development of the Administration.

The program WE Grow it consisted of 10 training sessions, facilitated by the trainers, entrepreneurs, and members AFAM with the experience of advanced individual training sessions and coaching, mentoring, business events with guest speakers from the field.

The trainers were provided to the participants the tools are practical and lucrative adapted to the profile of the business that I own, and have argued for the ladies in the process of implementing and monitoring the continuity of the growth rates.

Territorial expansion is one of the strategic directions of the development of the association and is aimed at supporting and improving the economic environment of business, small and medium on the whole territory of the country.
